A typical random mission when exploring systems is 'scan 5 objects'
Well once you are scanning the 5th object the Ops dialog comes up. Which overrides your scanning mini-game.
It would be nice if the interface that is currently active say when you are scanning take precedence over a 'would you like to leave' dialog.
