Hello,
Just to give you a heads up on a minor bug, when trying to modify you tier 2 cruiser for the federation, the templates for the Vesper and Excelsior are switched. For the Vesper it shows the Excelsior, and for the Excelsior it shows the Vesper. Thanks.
