Efficient Borg BO BUG

I looked through the forums to see if any one else mentioned this but could not find it. I bought the c-store borg and found the +5 settings to the power levels is actually +1 to each setting.

I am wondering if the devs are aware of this issue and plan to correct this issue or refund c-store points if they do not intend to fix it it.

    If you read the tooltip of the +5 that the borg bo has. It says + 5 to efficiency. +5 to efficiency means that for every 5, you get a +1 to a system that is 45 or under
