Type 3 rifle wont fire in Infected

While playing Infected using the type 3 rifle and mk XI anti proton split beam as 2nd weapon, many times the type 3 just wouldnt fire at all

it wasnt a animation issue as the combat log didnt show any damage too

It was very sporadic, sometimes it would fire, others not - switching weapons seemed to bring the type 3 back to life again before it would then randomly stop firing regardless of if i switched weapons again or not

Yeah I was having this problem too, I thought it was just my PC, but the type 3 would not fire, then my high density would not fire. It appeared to be whatever I had in my primary weapon slot. I had to wipe then relog to clear this.

i had stopped using the type 3 until this was fixed but today while using the AP sniper and split beam both mk XI doing the emancipation daily - I was unable to fire the split beam at all, until i swapped weapons

so i guess its more than a type 3 bug and so ill go back to using that rifle and hoping this fire issue is fixed sometime
