Cannot reclaim ships from c-store

I decided to buy all ship classses because of black friday sales. Anyway, so I just got myself the tactical escort from the c-store. here's the thing. I decommissioned it by mistake and now I cant reclaim it. The TOS connie and the dreadnought can be reclaimed fine but not the Intrepid retrofit, Galaxy retrofit, Nebula retrofit, Excelsior retrofit, and Escort retrofit. is this a bug or did you guys do this on purpose? if you did it on purpose, you might wanna put up a warning sign in the cstore.

    After initially having problems/confusion with this, after further communication with a GM, I was able to get this resolved/explained.

    Go to the ship requisition person at the spacedock and claim it there.

    They really need to make a sticky with that.

    GM informed that to me last several hours ago. This solved my problem. I decided to re-read the description of each retrofit classes, and they mention 'a ship vendor'. Duh oh... hehe. I think they need to make it BIG BOLD, so buyers will notice it.


    However, I have another problem. After I bought most classes (Nebula, Escort, Intrepid, and Galaxy retrofit), their button won't turn into "purchased". is it intended or bug?

    I noticed the same thing. Also, the Excelsior refit isn't available from the ship vendor, but can be claimed only from the C-store. They really all ought to be treated the same, else it gets confusing. Either all claimable from the C-store (which'd have my preference, seeing as you can do it anywhere) or all in the vendor list on ESD, or both.

    I Emphatically agree. These items should in fact list themselves as -PURCHASED- in big bolt letters with flickering Las Vegas Lights, and those Tent sale beams that go into outerspace from a car lot lights as well.

    In all seriousness I hope they clear up this issue. I don't like not clearly seeing what my purchases are, and knowing that the system recognizes those purchases. It just makes the customer uneasy, even if we can pick it up at ESD.

    I noticed this problem is fixed in the tribble server. This may tell that next patch will fix it. I hope so.

    I like to see them to be fixed, so I will not worry clicking them accidentally in the future.

    I hope Dev read this!
