How long takes it until C-Store-items pop up?

Hi :)

Well I just bought the mirror universe costume set in the c-store, but... nothing happens. Okay, it says "You can only acquire this item once", when I hover over the buy button of it again but ... there is no mail, no item in my inventory ... so ... how long does this usually take? Or must I go to a special npc somewhere?

    have you look by the talior?
    as a uniform option

    This. Ship and uniform costumes, as well as bridges, generally get added to your account immediately, but you need to go to a tailor to use them.

    Ah, good. Hmm. Was just wondering about the same problem with a newly claimed Tos-Enterprise on a new character.

    Go to the shipyard and see the guy that lets you choose your ships. I can't remember his name though. Not hard to find. Just click on the box that corresponds and you will see the TOS ship. highlight and then look at the bottom and click make current...? It explains itself when you see it
