I still cannot purchase my Nebula Class. I meet all the requirements: VA, 1240 POINTS and three open ship slots. Yet, I still receive the message "Unable to complete transaction: that item cannot be currently purchased". Someone in system support (Jeff A.) told me the longest that someone had this issue was 16 hours, I have far surpassed that. Cryptic has yet to deal directly with my issue. I was told that if it took longer I could receive a refund for the points I have spent. But, still no answer. I would like Cryptic to remedy this situation, it doesn't portray them in the best of light. I am annoyed.
Posting multiple threads is not allowed, and is cause for getting an Infraction point. Since you've filed a ticket that's the correct way to deal with it. If you're looking for a more immediate response can log into atari's live chat system and talk to someone there during their normal business hours.
I am trying to get my point made. I didn't realize this was an infraction. But, Cryptic should respond to this. Leaving this unanswered is not very kosher.
Cryptic has over 10,000 posts on this forum every day. They don't have time to read them all. That's why they have a ticket system for problems, and a live chat feature during normal business hours for people who can't wait a few days to get their ticket resolved.
