C-store Error - Buying USS Enterprise

SystemSystem Member, NoReporting Posts: 178,019 Arc User
24 days ago I filled out a GM ticket as I could not buy the USS Enterprise in the c-store for 640 points in the sale, it gave an error every time. I have queried this since then & they apologised for an error & have resubmitted the ticket. However I now can not get a response to what is happening with this. Is this still being investigated as this seems like a long time?

And I did have enough points & that was the correct price at that time.

It's unclear to me at what point you have the error or how it presents itself, but generally, problems with ship acquisition occur when you don't have a free ship slot on your character. The ship should wander directly there, and if you don't have an open slot, it can't and you get an error.

You will probably have to dismiss one of your ships if this is the case. (Or can we already buy extra ship slots? Don't remember.)

Actually, if the OP is talking about the Gamestop pre-order Connie, then it won't automatically get put into your ship stable. When you claim it, it goes to your inventory first. Just use it like any other item and (assuming you have a ship slot left) it will go to your stable. I don't know about the other ships that aren't just skins, but I'm pretty sure that's how they work, too.
