Do the fact that my friend and I all use debt cards for purchasing things online and real life. We find playing is fun but the lack option for a better payment system for Lifetime needs be in order. I and my friend need a option for debit card use do are 250 limit day. Option to buy it though the C store is one with Points and maybe have some to spare to buy other thing we like to get.
We We are strictly Debit users. If you don't serve are needs. We'll just move on just like we did years ago on Star Wars Online when they surprized with the game engine change. We never looked back.
Just asking for a more flexible way to pay for lifetime or we are all gone.

An option to purchase the lifetime through the c-store would be a good idea! Purchase points one day, purchase more the next, then buy the lifetime through the store! Why Cryptic hasn't done this yet, I will never know. good idea, hope they do it. Welcome to STO btw, how do you like it so far?

What about pre-paid credit cards, you have those in your area right?

You will find that Cryptic is immune to "Threats" like this. If you want to move on because you, as a minority, is satisfied with somthing that you want in the game, that is your choice, and they won't bother trying to stop you.
You are just not that important to the game.
"If you don't serve our needs"...? That won't serve you.
My Mr. Visa is a debit card, but can also act as a credit card. It just runs it to my account the following day. This is not an endorsement of Visa, it is just to point out that different companies have different ways of handeling payment.

First of all you set your daily limit when you got the card from your bank, just have the daily raised or you can call the bank your debit card is from and tell them you need a 1 day raising of the limit to whatever amount it is, its really very simple and its up to you to make the move not anyone elses sorry.
250 is the limit a day on my card. They will not take it up any higher. Normally I can work around this for just about everything. But we hate paypal for are reasons. Lifetime Subscription can make it easy for players to store point and buy it then a 40% chance that person have point left to buy other stuff.

Yes I understand that your daily limit is 250, mine is 400 but I have made purchases for over 2000 and all I did was contact the bank and let them know what was going to be processed and it was taken care of by them. If your card has a Master Card or Visa logo you can simply charge it and it will process like a credit card.
Sorry but I have a funny feeling you have not even tried to contact your bank because I don't know of any that if you call the bank your card is from that they will not raise it for a very limited time.
As a matter of fact I googled your problem and every single bank had some type of action in place that if you called them they would process the transaction....
Why would your debit card have a limit on how much of your own money you can spend per day?
payment protections you can set up with your bank so that if a purchase goes higher than that they wont process the payment without authentication.
to the OP if your debit card has a credit logo on it you run it as credit to your bank account. most backs would rather you do this anyway because they get charged a debit tax everytime you use debit instead of credit.

Call your bank and authorize a one-time transaction greater than your daily limit. If your bank won't do this, then I advise you to find a better bank.

Don't bother they'll just give everything you get for doing the lifetime subscription to everyone else anyway.
I have workded for US bank for some time and yes there are limits you can use up to. Usually the first and lowest limit is around $200 to $300 and it is for atm transactions (ie withdrawls). If you have a limit of say $400 and you can spend up to $2000, that is because of your daily POS (Point-Of-Sale) Limit, just let your bank know you are making the purchase and they can note your account so it is not flagged as possible fraud and it should work.
And a special inside secret: If you and your wife each have a card on the same account with say $300 atm and $500 POS.......then you can use both cards due to it being for each card individually....so you actually have $600 atm and $1000 POS daily!
