Then I am a lucky lucky Klingon indead, for the fleet I belong to is still strong and vibrant. I pray it will always be so. You aremore than welcome to PM me if you ever wish for an invite. We are casual somewhat and expect nothing but our members to have fun.
Remember the Klingons fleets dying off is not your fault, mine or anybody elses but Cryptics. If and when we all disapeer due to neglect- they are the ones who have to explain the loss of revenue to thier bosses.

The Fleets I was part of died long ago, so I've lent my Avatars to help establish new players starting fleets but their barely lasting a few weeks. Might be interesting to see Green Chat again, even if it one line every few hours :)

I know as a member of a federation fleet that has branched out to the Klingon side, thing can be rough. I have been pushing more and more people to try the Klingon side, and have been busting my hump to get people up to the level of BG or so just to have them be able to do something on a regular basis.

Klingon fleets have the unique problem of not having anything to do once the members have reached LTG...if they do not lose interest first. I know that a Klingon can make it to BG5 with alot of work and grinding in a week...Well, I did playing all day and part of the evening....but I digress....

In order for the klingon fleets to survive, they must find something for their members to do on a regular basis so I have tried to get my KDF side going by doing private PVP matches with the federation side of our same fleet. This eliminates people hating to pvp because of the raging players found so commonly in public pvp matches. I have also stated that it is good fun to do STF's as a klingon....and generally as I remember, STF's as a klingon go faster....

I would suggest that we combine Klingon fleets and use the aforementioned ideas as a springboard for something to do until Cryptic chooses to give us something to do.....

I certainly hop[e Cryptic gets the STO ship on an even keel. The Klingon faction desperately needs content. Why many of the Federation missions were not ported to the Klingons is beyond my reckoning. Certainly, the universal content missions have helped, but interesting and sustained pve content is the root of the problem. Not every player likes, or wants, pvp. Frankly, the way STO has lopsided pvp towards the Federation it is a generally negative gaming experience for Klingons. The new Federation ship offerings which both borrow klingon powers and negate klingon primary abilities are really counter-productive if there is any commitment to developing the Klingon faction. I think the heart of the matter is that Cryptic never really intended to support Klingons. I believe it was a marketing decision which was rushed into production. Certainly the lack of content indicates such a scenario. As a "red-headed step-child" the Klingon faction was at the absolute bottom of the development cycle and there may be no commitment to improving that situation at Cryptic. I hope that is not the case, but I've long since abandoned any illusions that feedback is appreciated by this company, unless it reinforces the priorities they have already set. I have been heartened by the recent content additions to the game, but, stil,l too much dev-time is being devoted to Federation C-Store content. This is not surprising given the additional revenues from selling low dev cost virtual items at premium dollar prices to the largest population base. However, unless Cryptic plans on selling this property off, or running it as a "free" mmo, they need to "finish" the product they shipped and sold to consumers six months ago. Time is running out as many players did not lock themselves in with a "life" sub and will be asking whether the game has been managed and developed well enough to warrant a further subscription investment. I am hopeful that the next six months will see these issues resolved and that this will be a post-development "teething" period which veteran players will be able to laugh about in years to come.

Feedback is not really appreciated by the company if it conflicts with their views. I have seen people get banned for disagreements.
