Captain name change is bugged

Purchased the C-Store name change and changed my Captain's name. All was good at first but I have found that your new name is unknown to the npc outside space dock. At Memory Alpha, DS7 I am still addressed by my old name :(

Has anybody else noticed this problem when changing their name?

    False alarm. Looks like you have to also change the Personnel Record to reflect your new name. Some npc obviously use the name from that source.
