Referal program rewards not being given(devs please take a look)

Referal program rewards are not geting awarded, i refers a good friend of mine, he used the referal code, he then bought the game and imputted it's code, and then he bought a life time subscription. he has had the account active with life time subscription for more the 30 days. All the requirements for me to be reward the 400 cryptic points, the recruiter title and the holographic bridge officer have been met. I have not recieved them yet. he started playing in may and it is now almost sebtember. I have gone through the online support system an have yet to have this resolved i am on the 4th ticket for this now. the previous 3 tickets have been closed with a resolved tag on them after getting generic responces. And yet the issue remains un resolved and i have yet to recieve these items that the referal page states i should have recieve after my friends first 30 days. This problem has not been resolved and the support has been aweful, and has done nothing , no updates other than the generic responces, no resolution to the problem, and no answers at all.
following are copies on the first 3 tickets and the responces they got.

He has had his account for over 2 months now, which is past the first billing cycle in those item were suppost to be granted to my account. Please note he got a lifetime subscription right after buying the game. So where are the title, holo bridge officer and 400 cryptic point i was suppost to be rewarded when he got his subscription?(edit 8/15/2010, i check the referal program tab on my account info and it states my refered friend account(howlingNightwolf) has been upgraded, hes been playing since may, he used the referal code, them bought the game, then got a lifetime sub, i still dont understand why when all this took place mid to end of may, that i still dont have the holographic bo, the recruiter title and the cryptic points promised after the refered person has had their sub for a month.)

    hmmm, actually with your friend getting the lifetime sub you should have gotten the goodies immediately, i know others certainly did.

    Hope your issue gets fixed, support could definately use some more manpower here, i'm quite glad i haven't had to use them yet.

    with 3 tickets i t shouls have been fixed by now, in to the point that i want to speak to a live person, since support cant seem to get it done through web support.

    its like you typing my story ;)

    ive got the same problem.

    friend bouth a lifetime - i still dint get the goodies (i got the titel but thats all, no cp points and my bo)

    4 tickets send - there status "resolved" (yeah right) it isnt resolved.
    today i just send my 5th ticket.

    its getting more and more and more frustrating.

    did you guys ever get your rewards? I'm now having the same problem, and they just keep sending me to the Atari support page :(

    and the thing i most hate right now is they close my tickets and dont get a answer only they sent it to the next tier of bla bla bla. '

    My rewards were given. I only wanted the Holo tribble and officer, so I only got one referral. It was at the end of June when I bought a key to a Digital Edition for my sister to try out the game.

    It sucks that it's not working for some people; I hope that it gets fixed for you guys.

    oh man i'm about to refer a friend, i realy hope this is fixed ..... i know that i don't get the rewards right-away still need to wait 30 ish days or so but still i'm gona get super mad if i don't get the rewards. !

    The worst thing is here we all are waiting...and waiting...and waiting...

    ...yet apparently they don't care enough. I mean, c'mon! We got them new paying customers and we were promised a small token, but get nothing. When we ask for help, they just give us some generic response then close the ticket. It doesn't matter how many tickets you send, it's always the same response. :(

    It's a gamble I guess...some are lucky enough to get the items, but from what I've seen...that's the minority. Funny thing is the CO gifts are almost instantaneous. *shrugs*

    On checking my recruited friend's referral status, it's stuck at "upgraded" when by now it should be "billed". It has been this way for two months now, and I sent a ticket.

    Is the Photonic BO a reward for a single referral or do I need multiple ones to get this to work? I've received the tribble, and possibly the title, but not the BO.

    Send a PM to StormShade, he'll get someone at Atari support to contact you. He helped resolve a C-Store purchase issue for me awhile back.

    The Photonic Officer is a reward for one referral once they've been billed for a month's sub (the initial 30 days given with a retail purchase doesn't count; they have to have been billed for at least one month's subscription price. I got my officer the same day my referral's retail went through, but that was because we used a time card; otherwise, you have to wait until the free 30 days are up and they are billed for another cycle.).

    You get the tribble and a title once they enter a retail key. You receive the officer and another title (along with 400 Cryptic Points) once they are billed for (at least) a month's sub. (At least, that's how it worked for me, and should work for you, if it's still not messed up.) You only need multiple referrals to get the Galaxy-X ship, and for that you need 5 referrals.

    i just wish there wre a way to convert the referral points into c-store points usable towards the final ship. I was only able to get 1 person to even look at the game, and really, REALLY want that ship....

    now, if anyone has a friend (or 4) who want a referral, please send them my way.....:)

    I have this same issue. I've referred 2 friends now. One in October and one a few weeks ago. Both have bought the game and one has been paying for it for three months... How am I supposed PM StormShade? Do I have to try and find him ingame? Is there anyone else I can contact who can help? :confused:

    I currently have 4 referrals stuck on "Upgraded" status that have never flipped to Billed. The previous ticket I opened indicated that "all was well", but all of the referrals show as registered to my player account instead of the person(s) who actually used and registered the keys on their own accounts. I did ask for this to be fixed, but my ticket was closed as resolved without any explanation about the discrepancy?

    In those cases where you are not satisfied with the result of a ticket, Stormshade said you should:

    Reopen (if possible) or start a new ticket (including the old ticket number) and ask for an escalation to the next level of support (a supervisor, for instance) so they can review the response. Also be clear and detailed with the issue and how you feel you were misunderstood.

    Just to update everyone on this thread, I just got done chatting with someone from Atari account and billing support. In my case the reason I wasn't rewarded for the first person I referred was because he took to long to redeem his is retail key. Apparently the referral keys that go out in the E-Mails have an expiration date and if your referee doesn't activate their retail key before it expires you don't get credit. I must say that I am very disappointed by this little technicality. It is just a bit unfair. I brought them a new player. It isn't my fault he couldn't get in the game quicker. :(

    I have a cousin that I sent a friend referral to and he is taking his time about getting online. He has the collectors edition but has not activated either the referral or the retail.

    Bleah. My close friend entered my referral key and recently upgraded to lifetime. I did not get credit for it... He was my 5th and final one.

    C'mon now....

    And the best thing is that the Dreadnought Gal-X is no longer visible in the C-Store for me.

    That is reprehensible. You recruited someone, but he "took too long" to respond to your e-mail so you don't get credit? That sounds like a way to shaft the customer to me.

    @StormShade, I've just gone lifetime, and I've got loads of friends who play mmo's with me ... what can your company say to me to assure me that recruiting them here will actually reward me? This thread leads me to believe that your company actively attempts to avoid following through on the rewards for recruiting ... and that's pretty sad considering it's all virtual pixels that have no cost at all for you.
