OK, this is something I've been experiencing since Season 2 was released:
When I'm in any ground combat, this happens. Only when my captain crouches and he can be using a ranged or melee weapon.
When I rotate the camera around to look for my next baddie to attack, the camera begins panning quickly, all on its own, left and right.
The movement is so jerky I can't carry on combat. I have to stand up out of the crouch to make it stop.
