Cannot Drop or Complete "A Difficulty Decision" Mission

The episode "A Difficulty Decision" is stuck in my Federation Admiral's mission list. I have advanced through all of the other follow-ons for this mission arc and visited all of the NPCs. It has been stuck there for months and has become rather annoying. I would love to have the ability to drop this mission. Please don't put in any missions that cannot be dropped. PLEASE!

p.s. I did open a ticket on this but so far have not received anything back other than the default customer service blather.

    I have the same issue. Not a big deal, merely an annoyance

    Check your quest log, (L) and see which objective is highlighted next/what it says you should do next, it might provide a clue.

    I had this issue too - mission completed, didn't update in the list, wouldn't go (I think it was on a character that got it added to them after the Difficulty slider was added to the game), rather than a new one getting the mission from Quinn.

    Had to get a GM to remove the mission for me. Gone now, easily done.
