Character rollback?

System

I logged in today to find my Vice Admiral science officer had been rolled back to Rear Admiral, Upper half 4. My ship has been downgraded to my tier 5 and all the nice upgraded items I had have dissapeared.

I was able to file a GM ticket about it (#180) but the bug reporting tool in game won't let me do anything.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
