I have a Game Breaking Issue

Okay, you may have been getting bug reports from me after the most recent patch release about the Cluster Moments as a team, and how I seem to be the only one with the issue, which is still true as of now. And with what I have recently found out It must be something with my game I absolutely cant figure it out, or it might be something else idk.
But what happened when I first noticed it I didn't think anything of It, I was at DS9 flipping over to my Cruiser, and I noticed I couldn't put my beam weapons back on after I had taken them off. I was like O.o? okay what ever, I wasn't going to go pew pew at the time with her anyways.
But then the next day I decided to throw all my weapons on my Fleet Escort and I took all my weapons and Including my Deflector, Shields, and Impulse Engines from my Defiant Retrofit and placed the Engines, Shields, and Deflector on fine; then I dragged my Antiproton Beam Array Mk X [Acc] [CrtD] [CrtH]] and it dissipated and went back to my Inventory, so I dragged it over again determined that it would work like it normally should. But to my Demise it would not, Nor would any of my Mk X Weapons, But i had a random Mk II Phaser array laying in my Inventory that would work! But when ever I would try my Mk X's...Just by clicking it, And not even moving it back to my Retrofit ALL the weapon Slots would be RED not even dragging it out of my Inventory.
So I now have multiple Ships that are not able to be loaded out with Weapons due to the Mysterious Red Bug that blocks my Mk X Weapons from being Slotted on my Vessel's. And I even tried Re Installing it, which fixed the problem of my Characters at the Character selection Menu after logging in, to constantly look around like a Bird Rapidly. But you didn't see the body move fluently at all, It was like a Instant movement from one pose to the next and they were all in different direction. But this inst taking place anymore ever since I reinstalled STO, But the Red Bug of My Mk X weapons is still ever ALIVE! lol
Big downer...Cant play at all.
P.S. Love the Admiral Uniform I have it marked down as "Class A's" In my Clothing Selection Menu xD
