Galaxy Refit Not Unlocking After C-Store Purchase

Hello, I purchased the Exploration Cruiser Refit (Galaxy) from the C-store which should unlock the ship account wide, or so the info said. However after discharging the ship I am unable to claim it again from the C-store without paying an additional 1200 Cryptic Points.

This was supposed to be an account wide unlock... not a 1 time use of the ship.


PS: For those wondering why I discharged the ship, it was well a half asleep mistake. Fortunately had nothing on it at the time..

    Silly question here: The char that you are trying to unlock the ship on is a VA right?

    I'm not sure, but wasn't it so that you had to get the refits not from the special unlock tab but from the ship vendor on Earth Spacedock where the cost is simply set to 0?

    Thanks, seriously never though to check the ship store, figured would just claim again in the C-Store, but you are right it was priced at 0, so this solves the problem, though cryptic could make it a bit less confusing.
