No Mark of Honor missions upon reaching VA1

This issue was mentioned here, but I though I'd point it out in the correct forum.

Upon reaching VA1, Icheb no longer is giving out PVP missions that reward Marks of Honor. This needs to be fixed. There is plenty of MKX gear that is superior to the MKXI gear (covariant capx3 shields for example), and it really is not fun to have been saving for such a shield, and then be cut off, simply because you reached the next level...

    Some acknowledgement of this issue would be nice... dont think this would be very hard to fix either..
