How to get my free respec

I love what you guys have done with the game! I always had faith and it has been rewarded.

With that in mind, I am trying to get my free respec (I have had a prepaid lifetime sub since day 1), I am not sure how it works? My current captain is doomed if I have to stay an escort Captain.

    theres an NPC in the 'center' of spacedock..... cant remember a name. But thats where you go.

    Just go ahead and do the Respec. If you still have 'free' Respecs to that charcter account, you will be informed that you will be using a 'free respec' in the window with that 'purchase' button...
