Can we get Off-Duty Mini-Skirt & Stockings?

I like to make the outfit of the Romulan Commander as seen in "The Enterprise Incident" (TOS):http://likeawhisper.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/romulanc.jpg

This would be possible with Robe+Miniskirt+Stockings+Boots High TOS...

However this option is not possible at the moment. Everytime when I switch to Off-Duty top then the bottoms change as well.

This would be very easily to patch however, because the waitresses on the space station "Captains Table" wear such a combination already.

Please comment...

    Ohhh, I hope they make a TOS uniform for Romulans.
