Any word on when costume slots will be back up for purchase?

I was away for a few days, but couldn't find anything in the dev tracker. The last thing I could find was that they were being taken down so they could be made account-wide and then reposted. I'm really interested in another costume slot or two, but I haven't heard any ETA on when they'll be back up. Did I miss something? Are they still coming back up?
