Oki stormshade here is another thread

As i bought more then 1 copy of the game for the promotion items where is my payback for the items you placed in the cstore? kinda like what the ppl got back for buying copys for the referal system when the gal x got put in cstore?

I aint the only one with multi copys of the game for the preorder items...:mad:

    you made the choice to buy several copies of the same game... turned out they were limited time exclusive items after the STO team decided to "clarify" what Exclusive meant to them. i m sorry get over it... it was a bad investment... this battle is over and you lost it...

    We lost the one for the per character issue as well...

    calm down Tarjan... it s just a game... you are only going to get the boot....which remind me few days ago when my upstairs neighbor started smashing everything in his place while being drunk and high because it could not get his computer working and play online (he s an avid MMO player...)

    Now Crypitc made it plain in their Pre-Order FAQ that the Vendors Perks would eventually show up in the C-Store. And lests face it, because of this, you purchased all those packages (just like I did ;)) so you could get to play with your toys early...

    And you can't claim you were purchasing ownership of 'Exclusive' items because this clause in the 'Terms of Use' agreement has been in there since the very beginning...
    10. Ownership/Selling of the Account or Virtual Items. Cryptic does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. Cryptic owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, Cryptic Points or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored on the Service ("Game Assets"). Cryptic does not recognize any Game Assets transfers executed outside of the Game or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything related to the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell Game Assets for "real" money or otherwise exchange items for value outside of the Game. Any such sale or exchange is a material breach of this Agreement for which Cryptic may (but is not obligated to) immediately suspend or terminate your account.

    * YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE NO CLAIM, RIGHT, TITLE, PROPRIETARY OR OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN ANY OF THE GAME ASSETS REGARDLESS OF ANY CONSIDERATION OFFERED OR PAID IN EXCHANGE FOR THOSE GAME ASSETS; AND

    It has been asked before to do something to compensate players that bought multiple boxes and Cryptic has kept silent about it. What makes you think they'll change their minds now?

    Cause they did it for the ppl that bought preorder boxes to get the galaxy x .

    Meh. You have a right to be angry. I'm in the same boat you are, as are several other people. I'd like to see them give something out of fairness, but I've already made my throat sore trying to plead this case.

    Still, knowing Cryptic they probably will change their minds if a big enough stink is made over it.

    well im allso upset that stormshade said that he/she/it expected better from me , the person behind stormshade has no right to expect anything from me quite on the contrary(not sure if i spelled this right) i have the right as a customer to expect better from cryptic.

    But ill stop now..... before ill go nuts...

    Cryptic and the Govt have a lot in common:

    1) Give them money, just dont expect anything in return.
    2) If you have an issue, we choose to ignore it in hopes it will go away.
    3) File a complaint (Ticket), you will never hear back from us.
    4) If we can find a way, we will nickle and dime you to death.
    5) SHUT UP AND LIKE IT!
