I was levelling up an engineer last week and doing missions as they came when I got to the "Trapped" mission. I warped happily across the map to the marker for NGC 1218 ready to enter the system and BAM immersion breaker hits you for unlimited damage...

I forgot to report it in game and only remembered when I saw the file sitting on my desktop. The graphics look awful because it was on my laptop, it isn't pretty but it works for slugging through missions on my own.
