I'm running into players that shouldn't be able to be captaining certain ships.
Just in this past hour I saw a LT8 captaining a Fleet Escort (Admiral-level ship) and just a minute ago, I saw a Commander captaining a Galaxy (Captain-level).
And I don't recall there being anykind of a demotion system in place, so there obviously either some exploiting going on or there's a major bug in ship acquisition.
