Im just wondering, Cryptic...
Are you ever going to release any Free/Non-Unlockable/Non-Cstore uniform options?
I ask this because we are currently very limited in the number and combinations of Uniform options that we can set as Fleet Uniforms. The Fleet Window will not allow us to designate any unlockable uniforms (I.E. TNG, DS9, WoK) as a Fleet Uniform.... we can only use the default Uniform options that came with the game.
What happens when you release the Dress Uniform? will it be an unlockable also? so we cant designate it as our Fleet's Dress...
What happens when you release the Admiral's Uniform? i have a feeling that will be C-Store aswell....
Im a little mad that every uniform option that did not come with the game during initial release is designated as an Unlockable and sold in the C-Store... just to make a few extra bucks. Why not after a few months just release the Unlockables (like the TNG,DS9, WoK, Dress, Admiral) as free and non C-Store so we can update our Fleet's with more options?...

If you thought putting the Pre-Order items on the C-Store made people hostile, guess what will happen if they are given for free.
I just want any NEW uniform options that are to be made now or in the future to be made available to be placed as a Player Created Fleet's Uniform. I hate unlockable uniforms and the being stuck to just 11 uniform tops to choose from is just rediculous.
Admirals coat - reaching admiral
consuler uniforms - listen to our crew ***** about their problems
doctors coat ? - heal 10,000,000 point... things.

I like the general idea of unlocking stuff through accolades, similar to unlocking costume parts in Champions.

You would think with all the flamming and QQing ABOUT AND AGAINST Cryptic, they would throw us a bone every now and then. Instead they post a comments like these which only insults and patronizes us.

Cryptics attituide is that they are doing US a favor by taking money off of our hands.
It seems to me that their goal is to grab as much money as quick as possible and bail (Console concept) rather than take the long road that will lead to more money (The MMO concept).
All of these "updates" should have been ingame from launch. Same with bug fixes and "polish".
They act as if they are being troubled and forced to go out of their way to make addition content for STO which is what we pay the $14.99 a month subscription for.
The point you are missing from the quote, is that the updates are free and ongoing, we will be seeing a steady flow of major season update every few months and that is a large part of what your sub is paying for.
Yeah the game was unfinished at launch, we all know that, it's old news. I think at the pace they are going we will be at a full game by season 4.
Also I'm pretty sure when some time goes by , say 6 months, some of this c store stuff is going to go free to download or as a vet reward, and set off a whole new flame war on the forums.
Just remember you can't get screwed over if you don't buy any of the stuff.
Now on topic, I think for every 3 new outfits to hit the store they should probably release one for free. I think they could still turn a profit on the development then.
