Info on the bonus C Store points

I would like to get a update on this. How many of you got the $50 bonus CP and how many still need them.

This is only for the people that got all 5 of the RAFs to billed.

I had 4 billed as of 7/4 and the last one went in on 7/6 so I have all 5 RAFs and no bonus CP. And yes I have put in a ticket for this ( #909443)

    I posted this in another thread, but I'm still waiting.

    I got my 5th referral billed on 6/25. I emailed support on 6/28. They responded with this on July 1.
    Greetings Captain, Players who participated in the Star Trek Online Referral Program and recruited 5 new player accounts and achieved Master Recruiter status prior to July 23, 2010 will be eligible to receive 4,000 Cryptic Points as a special thank you for their continued efforts to promote Star Trek Online.     Support then closed the ticket #901508 and I still don't have the points.

    Please rest assured that you will be getting those points. I'll talk to the people in charge of the distribution on Monday to find out when those will be going to you all.

    The allocation of points requires a "special Run" on the database, which has to occur on or about 21 july. I have this from a staff member. Sit tight. I about a week you will see those points.

    Does this "special run" include anything about those of us that had a friends join using the RAF code, but didn't get ANY credit for it (they did my code first, and bought the game and a sub - it got billed). I have no tribble, no bridge officer, no auto-friending, nothing!

    My ticket number is 896636. Last I got was that it was being sent to the billing department for investigation, that was a while ago. As a note, his status is "offer canceled" even though neither of us canceled it...

    No problem! It's kind of what I do! :D I want to apologize for not having the info for you yesterday as promised. I wasn't in the office yesterday, so I missed that deadline.

    As Tommo64 said, we're waiting to run the script for the people who qualified for this until the end of this week. If it slips for any reason, you should still be able to expect to see those points by this time next week I imagine. So the wait is almost over!

    w000h000h0000t i just NOW (IN THIS MOMENT!) got my 5th ref to be billed! :D

    i allready thought i will end up having 4 billed, 2 upgraded and loose out on it...

    gonna check out my FREE Galaxy-X now :D


    Do not hurry with those C-Points!
    just make sure that everyone who earned it get's it,
    also you could, by all means, accept people that have 4 Billed and 1 Upgraded, since you changed the program up so fast that many people just didn't have the time to get billed.

    wait to the last minute of running that script plz!


    (at the moment i have nothing on the C-Store to buy with those points anyway)

    im just wondering, does this mean that people who do the raf after july 23 no longer get the points an bridge member ?

    becuase no where on the recruit a friend referal page does it state that this is a limited time offer, if it is then that means even though i have 8 referals out at the min an my mates are downloading and doing the trial and then going to buy the game i will not get these rewards, if that is the case then what are the other rewards going tobe because obviously as they are starting now they arnt going to be billed for atleast 30 days which takes us beyond the point of july 23rd.

    if ive mis understood what you mean by the date then please do say as you may just mean for the proccess of updating the system for the rewards an that is the set date for the next time the info on rewards is updated.

    I would guess the normal rewards for the RAF will still be offered. Those thats on the page. But what I was asking about is the bonus CP that we got until 7/23. So for the $50 bonus CP you will not get unless you get 5 billed by then. But yes you should get the BO and even the Galaxy X ship just like the page says

    thats the thing, it doesnt say there is a date for the co either in the main page for raf, in the faq's for raf, i see no where relating to raf where there is a date where the rewards stop, thats the items and the cryptic points.

    My 5th one was billed on 7/21/10. Still waiting patiently on the points to come.

    The points included in the referral program are still being given out. The points we are referring to here are a special compensation for those who completed, or were about to complete, the 5 billed referral reward when we added the Galaxy X to the C-store.

    So everything on the page is still valid, and by referring people to the game you can still earn those rewards.

    Yup Monday has come and almost gone and we still sit waiting. An Update Please. My guess is there trying to get the new patch up and running on Holodeck first then they will do the right thing and run the script to make us all happy

    I have just been informed that if you have 5 completed referrals (With a status of "Billed") as of July 23rd, you should now have your bonus C-Store Points! :D

    I wish I had the Billed status on my referrals... I have at least one Lifer I've referred, and by my math with the captain's logs of 3 other of my referrals, I should have at least 4 right now.
    CS has been less than helpful in the matter. I think I'm on permanent hold. :(

    That sounds horrible!

    I don't understand what would keep support from fixing it though?

    I can't imagine it being an issue with changing a few values in the database.

    You are correct the points are now on my Account. Thanks for the heads up. Now to go buy everything thats account wide. And will avoid everything thats per character. Thanks again.

    Lots of us have this problem. We're told they don't currently have the software tools to make manual fixes to Referal Accounts, and to be patient - even though they don't have an ETA.

    Almost 4 months now, and counting.
