I purchased 2000 CP via VISA debit - it was already recorded on my account page - but when the screen cleared after submitting the payment I got an AVS error in red lettering on the website. My bank is showing the $25.00 transaction - but I am still without any CP points. Since there is no US phone number available to call billing I am considerably upset as I cannot rectify this in a timely manner .... So I am asking Cryptic Directly - please look into this and either get me the points or refund the transaction that occurred today.
