Assault Cruiser...missing sound effects.

I just bought an assault cruiser yesterday. Transferred all the gear from my old ship to my cruiser, and took her for a spin around earth space dock. Strangely, there are no sounds from the ship, engine sounds such as the swooshing sound you hear when activating full impulse, and some BO skills don't have their normal sound effects. I switch to another ship, refitting all the gear, and fly around ESD. I hear all the normal sounds.

Anyway, I'm just curious to see if anyone has this weird sound problem, or has found a solution. This isnt a really big issue to me...consider it as to listening to a rap song without lyrics lol.
