Passive Powers Changed.

I'll be first to admit that I dislike the ground pvp system, so I made this character (now a cmdr) with all space passive traits for space pvp. I logged on today and had a look on at my traits, and they have all been changed. Now there are three ground traits and a passive trait I had not picked. I don't understand how this could have happened and find this most upsetting. Help please?
