Visa Gift Cards - Can I use them to get C-Store Items

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding buying C-Points. I was given a $25.00 VISA gift card today and it says that it can be used like a credit card, wherever VISA is accepted. I was thinking of using it to buy some C-Points and I tried entering the data in, only to say that the card was declined.

An official response is most appreciated.

    I'm unsure but you might be able to use it via paypal.
