First and foremost, sorry if this is not the right Venue for this: I submitted a Ticket 2 days ago and have yet to receive any kind of reply, even one that says it was the wrong ticket type and to send it elsewhere, or even that nothing can be done, I do this only in the hope of getting some kind of meaningful response.
A few days ago I gave up the demo and bought the game against many recommendations even from those with Lifetime subs. I wanted to get something truly useful to me when I got the game, so I went looking through the "Buy Now" page under the Store heading on the main page, and I was looking through what each store had to offer.
Finally I decided nothing really looked all that interesting that wasn't a Collector's edition, which was frankly out of budget, except for something supposedly offered by Gametap (At least according to your page) if you went through them, you were supposed to get 500 Cryptic points.
I will admit, the process was far from easy, they wouldn't even give me my code for practically a day after I had already paid them, but in the end, I got a very nice support email containing my code (A day before the automated code email came out) I input it in, and got the game working... except, I did NOT receive the supposed, extra cryptic store points.
I don't mean to cause any kind of fuss, and I hope I'm not breaking any rules, but I thought I was paying for 500 cryptic points in addition to my game, as others might of gotten stuff when they bought it from say... gamestop, or Amazon.com.
To anyone at cryptic who reads this, thank you for taking the time to do so, and I hope this is the right place. I'm just concerned and feeling like I'm being ignored, something I don't think is intentional. Once again, thank you and have a good day.
It can take a couple of days to here back from customer support on an issue dependent on the level of tickets we are currently receiving. Please rest assured that Customer Support will get to your ticket and work towards resolving your issue as soon as possible.
Just got a reply in, Stormshade, and I can understand a delay, especially when times get busy, a suggestion might be using an automated system that tells a ticketer that ticket voluemes are especially high and it could take X days for a reply so people don't check their tickets and keep seeing no reply for a while.
