Wal-mart Pre-order Skill Points

Whenever I try to claim my skill points that came with the Wal-mart preorder it says that it is unable to process the req. Is anyone elso having this problem and if so how do you fix it?

    I get this on new characters all the time, (but it still gives me the icon for the 300 pt to expend on use...) At what point in the game are you claiming it? (As I usually grab it from the C-Store in the opening scene of the Tutorial...)

    Are you going into your inventory and looking for a small Icon that says "Skillpoints (x quantity)" and using that item? That's how you receive them.

    I'm having a similar tough time figuring out how to get my Ambassador title, I don't know when I activated my forum account, I know it was before release i just don't know what :(

    But basically as far as my understanding goes, whatever you buy as far as titles, items, pets, etc it will go to your inventory because like what you purchase at any store in the game, you're purchasing 'items' and items go to your inventory.

    I am currently at Ensign Seven, holding just outside of Sol System.

    I havn't seen anything like that in my inventory but will check when I enter the game again.

    after you claim, there is also a yellow icon with an oriental-looking symbol in your character's ground tray. clicking on this also redeems the points.

    BTW it is 500 points, not 300.
