Since I can't get anybody who works at Cryptic to answer my ticket, I'll ask here....

    INITAL TICKET:
    I purchased several copies of the game for the referral, and then promoted the game "to the extreme", garnering a total of THIRTEEN (13) "CONFIRMED UPGRADED SUBSCRIBERS". Without even going into the fact that the AGT-GALAXY is now being added to the C-Store, I am not going to receive any scheduled compensation because my "Master Refruiter" title will not appear until the end of the month. To quote your Staff Member, GMDestra :

    "[GMDestra"]Update: Our script for granting the gift of $50 worth of CP to eligible players has been completed. Note - we granted this bonus to all players who had earned the Galaxy-X by becoming a Master Recruiter before 6-24-10, not only players who purchased 5 copies themselves. All players who were eligible should see this bonus reflected in their current CP balance.

    I already bought 4 copies of the game allied to this gamer ID, and several more copies for the promotion. I have seen my "exclusives" go into the C-Store, and now the AGT-Galaxy is going into the store. And I learn that, due to how the "Defelopers" have set the date. I receive NOTHING!

    I FORMALLY DEMAND THOSE CRYPTIC POINTS! YOU"RE TAKING AWAY MY EXCLUSIVES.... AGAIN! I DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THE $50.00 in Cryptoc Points EQUITABLE, BUT I EARNED THEM.

    PLEASE CONFIRM. P.S. THIS TICKET IS PUBLIC

    refferals!

    it is just a matter of days until one of the 2 upgraded gets billed.

    Cryptic just announced that the Galaxy-X will be avaible to EVERYONE and that everybody who has 5 "billed" Refs TODAY gets $50 in C-Points.


    So i worked like hell to get people into the game and my special item is not special anymore and i do not get $50 because i am a 1 to low.

    Please dont make me regret this :-(

    Ya, you guys should get the Galaxy-X when 5 recruits are billed and the c-points. Cryptic should've set a firm cutoff date and since they didn't it's fair they honour it.

    I already have 4 Billed referrals and 3 Upgraded referrals pending billing very soon. Seeing as how the Referral system has been broken since DAY ONE and still doesn't accurately show referral status, and seeing as how the referral program is less than two months old and requires at least one month for billing, the deadline of TODAY for this bonus needs to be adjusted and extended.

    I FORMALLY REQUEST THE $50.00 in Cryptic Point when I achieve my Master Recruiter title.

    UPDATE:

    THE MATTER HAS BEEN CORRECTED, and it 'Appears" to be as described above. Per a personal message received from Rekhan of Cryptic, at 5:56 PM THis date:

    ". . ., good news. We'll be extending the Cryptic Points bonus until July 23, so you'll be awarded the bonus once your fifth referral matures."

    That is good News indeed, now they should go on the Forum and make it official.

    At least so the info appears on the Dev Tracker.
