Well this has been asked for here a-lot and i'm sure just like the respect option it would be a good addition to the game and hopefully shouldn't be too hard to implement (hopefully
). Anyway the reason I ask is that many of my friends and I and i'm sure a large portion of the game have beloved RA5's and even BG5's that have leveled and worked tired less towards perfecting into the ultimate player they can have. Unfortunately however at the beginning of the game many players had no clear idea what traits worked and what didn't and what suited their play style what didn't and what they needed for their role etc etc.
So I purpose that a re-trait option be reinstated so that players could pick new traits. The cost could be the same as a respect or double so long as it's not extreme, they could even be provided from the respect vendor but limit it too 1 free re-trait token per character and the rest must be purchased with merits.

That would be great. I agree.
I also want the option for merits though and not just c-store, just like the skill retraining.
It should also be cheaper then a normal retraining and be 25% of that cost at most since it doesn't influence skills as much as a skill retraining does.
Ah thank you for the extra input. Yes I think price is a dosy because traits are very vital indeed but not as vital as skills, but as you mentioned I had wished to see them in games as well as c-store for the lazier ones.
I just believe though if we continue to hammer this home then hopefully we will get our wish, its not thats were all being giant cry babies its simply that continuously letting Cryptic know and building up player support is the best and easiest way to get things we want added to game. For the example those damn Caitians and the much loved respect.
Keep the support coming guys!
The more flexibility a player gets for his playstyle, the more friendlier a game can be considered. Well, I guess the more casual friendly a game can be considered, since die hard fanatics are against anything that would give you an easy way out to get things done.
But let's face it, this game is meant for a casual audience to start with, hardcore players are mostly better off playing EVE.
