C-Store purchases

I have made several purcheses from the c-store an havent seen one of them including extra slots,a few ships ,klingon an borg personal an havent received them. I wnat to know why or did they just con me

    While Cryptic isn't above conning it's customers, they're not that blatent about it.

    For most items, you'll have to claim them on each character that wants them - see the "special unlocks" section of the C-Store, the items will have a "Claim" button. The borg bridge officer is likely an example of that.

    For playable races, and character slots I'd expect them to just show up at the login screen, and when you made a new character, but I haven't gotten either of those, so I don't know for sure.

    The ships (aside from the connie) are actually only skins, so you won't see the ship options until you get the ship they match in game. Uniforms should just show up in the tailor, the rest is pretty much covered by what synchrotron said.

    My question regards the Free Access to the "Captains Table". I clicked the Accept Button, but I also see no additional access features. How is this feature accessed, or used?? I looked in the forum to see if it might be a separate thread section but nothing is seen.

    What is the "Captains Table" and how do I access it?
