With 1.2, seems the Overpowered Elite Mobs and the Beam Overload Bug was fixed, but not the Sniper Weapon Bug.
I just had to go to my Task Manager to close STO, because of a new Sniper Weapon lock. The Laser Beam for the Sniper Shot was stuck on a dead mob that was transported under the world. And in the process it totally disabled the STO UI, including the Beam Out and Log Out Buttons.
