List purchased C-Store items in player account info

Display the stuff we've unlocked ingame in a tab under account info.

For bonus points, display which character has one-off items, and which captains have claimed which account-wide items. Most notably respecs and renames and such, have a display for how many times we've respecced/renamed our captains.
