At first I thought, certain star cluster missions (like clear out all the suppression devices on the ship/base), didn't give any end-of-mission rewards. But that's wrong.
It isn't a particular mission. Sometimes, a mission starts up, and never gives you "Mission acquired", telling you the name of the mission in the chat box. It can happen on any mission. EVERY TIME this DOESN'T happen, you don't get the mission reward (at least in these Klingon star cluster missions). Every time is DOES show up, and you DO complete the mission, you do get the mission reward. (However, no matter what happens, if you finish the mission, you get +1 added to the number of missions completed for the set of 3 reward, which is separate from the in-mission reward.)
