Possible C-Store Bug?

I attempted to purchase the DS9 uniform pack, but it instead gave me the MU pack. I submitted a ticket. I did indeed double check I had the right one selected before I pulled the trigger. has this happened to anybody else?

    Have you submitted a Subscription/Billing ticket??? As this is the normal method to address the issue...

    I can´t buy the DS9 uniform at all. It always says that "it´s not possible to buy this item at the current time".

    Thanks to the CS department for resolving this issue for me. It actually took a lot less than I expected, as it's not a gamebreaking issue.
