title still doesnt show in list of titles

    It should be like the other titles that you have to unlock. Check under your "Special Unlocks" tab. You would most likely have to claim it from the C-Store before you can use it. I know that's how I had to claim my "Ambassador" and "Special Envoy" titles.

    Well, then. Don't know what to say. Sounds like a bug to me, then.
