C-Store Raffle/lottery

Here's an idea that everybody will agree on.

Cryptic could run a "lottery" in-game, giving items out for free each month; though no Liberated Borg or MU Uniforms, though.

Say about 5 random players each month get a C-Store item from the raffle. If you've already got it, tough - that's what you get; no pick or chose.

And if they wanted to, they could give out limited edition stuff out this way too.
