Okay, so I've had no problems with STO up until now. I filed a ticket with Support 3 days ago and still no response.
As of 3 days ago, whenever I try to dock at Earth Spackdock then I get an error saying "Unable to transfer Character." then I'm booted from the server and taken back to the Character screen.
This is ridiculous.. now on the 4th day of this still occuring. What is the point in having a Support Department if it takes days to answer... May as well put a note saying "We don't care if you have issues with STO - Figure it out for yourself!"
Good luck getting a response... STO Tech support is pathetic.
Luckily (For me) I tried it again last night, and after ithe patching update completed then mine was working fine again - still no response from Tech support for the ticket I submitted 5 days ago.

as a side note, do you know I have a ticket open with customer service (through CO)... for 208 days.
Yes, 208 days with NO action.
I think they miss the point that STO is subscription based.. WE pay not only for the game but so that we are able to get assistance when needed.
either they are running with like one support person, or well... I hate to think a full support staff is just so backlogged.
