Loss of c-store credits

I logged into STO the other day to check out what Accolades I had earned.
While the accolades were loading i went to the c-store to pick up a Comet ship costume. I had 200 credits so i purchased it, the credits were spent and it still said buy for 160credits. I closed the window and re-opened it to see if it would up date but nothing.... I lost the credits and never recieved the ship costume :(

just wondering what i should do besides open a GM ticket(which i did). And if anyone else had an issue with that.

    I had the exact same issue... apparently it is unwise to buy things while the accolades are scrolling by... only thing you can do it submit a ticket... when you do however make sure to explain everything you have tried and make sure to mention that it is still shows as available to purchase and that you checked the Advanced area of the ship tailor.
