Not Receiving Item after Purchase

Has anyone else had the issue where they purchased a ship skin from the C-Store and the correct number of points were deducted, but no ship skin was made available?
I purchased the Comet class skin yesterday upon logging into the game after 1.2 finished updating. It took the 160 points, but failed to give me my skin. I assume it may have to do with all the accolades being processed. The C-Store still shows the skins as purchasable rather than purchased. I checked under the advanced tab in the ship creator and restarted the game a few times to try and solve the issue.
Just curious if anyone else had run into a similar error with any kind of C-Store item.
Here is my ticket number in case some GM stops by.
