Ticket Resonses - How Long?

How long should it take to get a resppnse for a ticket? I have now waited 2 days and no response. I think in any other customer service industry this would be appaling. has anyone recieved a ticket response? If so how long did you wait?

    I have one from the day the game went live. An issue with my bloom, no response other than the generic junk.
