Referral System Bugged

As you can see, I have MANY redeemed keys, and several upgraded keys. NONE have been added to my friend's list as promised, and NONE are able to use the WARP TO option or receive the Skill Point bonus when we team up:

    In an interesting twist, I have the opposite problem. I have a bout 20 referrals marked as "accepted" (none as "upgraded" or beyond) but I do have a bunch of new friends who are clearly new players (i.e. I've seen them as Ensigns).

    One must wonder about this problem, since I am in between these two.

    Note: I have received a confirmation from Customer Support that my Referral page DOES ACCURATLY REFLECT the actual referrals. Based upon this, you have credit for Five (5) converted referrals, and are on schedule to have your Galaxy-X leave the shipyeard before June 30...

    Now, the "In-Game" buddy-jump? You are saying you have NO buddy icons in your friends page? it looks like two people together, and it's in the comment area. Right-clicking should have a drop-down with that option (2 hour cooldown between warps).

    If the buddies are not showing, reference this ticket - #878193 - I already have a response and the Technical group is listening ! ! !

    P.S. Why did you send one of your referrals to "Craigslist.Org" ???

    Sadness. You never said when you got your 5, Cygnus. :( I've been pushing people that have contacted me over the last few weeks to PM you instead since I was under the impression you didn't get enough referrals yet and now I've only got 1 under my belt. :/ Oh well...

    Done and done.

    And yeah, I've got only one referral and honestly, pulling all the stops. I'm literally putting my entire wealth on the line in order to get the 5 referrals. Was thinking about creating a new topic regarding it, but I figured it'd just start a wave of spam topics popping up.
