Better C-Store interface

Not sure what anyone else thinks, but i am looking in my C-Store Window (if you can call it that) in game at the moment and it's really hard to work out what i have already purchased. Could we get an option to filter out Items unavailable to us because we've already purchased them (or for multiple claim items because we have one already).

Also, can someone please update the errors for Unable to complete transaction (reason unspecified) to actually explain why it fails.

Would be most appreciated.

    They should be greyed out once you buy something(like a ship skin or a bridge).
    But yes... For things like character slots, respecs and renaming tokens they are always there.

    agreed there needs to be more like a menu system so we can select things like ship skins or bridge packs

    There's a problem with that part of the C-Store interface. At least it's something that I and others have noticed. Sometimes the one-off items don't get greyed out on some characters, making you think that you didn't purchase them when you already have. Not sure if they will double-bill you if you accidentally try to repurchase it or not as I haven't tried it. Still, it's annoying being unsure what you've purchased already.

    I've noticed that problem. Buying things like the Playable Frengi or Pakled on one character, but they're still able to be 'bought' by my other characters, even though it'd make sense that you need only buy them once. I have double bought things because of this.

    I don't know if things in the C-Store are always meant to apply to all characters or if there are some things that needs to be purchased seperatly for individual characters but, in either case, they could do well to make it clearer.

    That was something that I noticed as well. I was on ly science alt and thought it would be cool to use one of those science bridges for my ship. As I was shopping through the c-store I noticed that not only were the species that I bought from my able to be bought again, I also noticed that the bridge packs could be bought again as well. This needs to be addressed since these items apply to single accounts rather than single characters.

    Another thing is that the store needs to be organized, either from the filter mentioned above or what would probably be simpler add tabs. One for emotes & freebies, one for bridge packs, one for playable races, and one for ship skins in addition to the special unlocks tab that is already there. Makes it nice, clean, easy, and shopping a breaze.
