Devs: Vet Time

I submitted a ticket to account support which got escalated because the time is obviously wrongly calculated on my dashboard. The response I got was it was an in-game matter. So miscalculation of vet time is an in-game thing for the GMs? Is that true or did someone just pull a lazy?

    You are not the only one...my time isn't calculated correctly either.:rolleyes:

    Fact that Billing support said it's a matter for in-game GMs is almost funny. I thought GM's dealt with issues inside the game and Billing took care of account issues. How can a GM look into how many days we've been subbed?

    Put in another ticket and updated the old one.

    Second ticket Tier 1 Support basically said they know of the bug and looking into getting it fixed.

    First ticket Tier 2 Support replied again that it's something in-game people must fix.

    LOL at tier 2 supposedly being superior.
