Referal program problem

hi the system dont work properly i guess

i dont got all the stuff im suppose to ive sent ticket its now 3 days no answer i mean it kinda suck

we are talking about 3 account maybe 4 brought PLUS activated for a month and i got NO REWARDS !!!!!!!:confused::(

    I was of the impression based on their comments here that the rewards would come only after the person had actually participated in the event the reward is attached to, so not until the trial is over would you get the reward for them buying it, and not until they started playing the 30 day extension (after the 30 days free with the box) would you get the BO and ship... but I could be mistaken.

    1st

    my friend got they key (attach to my account)
    create account and activate key trough
    trough my panel i see them perfect

    2

    they purchase the whole game and activate a membership

    3

    i got nothing else then the courrier ****le and no cryptic point so far

    reading more closely ive seen your point i greatly thank you for this info i think it would make sens to way after the 30 days free

    in anycase i wanna make sure that they where no major problem with this system maybe some1 else was expecting same issue

    courier title and tribble you get pretty much straight away (allow for some lag as the system updates, maybe log out and back in) but the other rewards will only come after the free time (referral and free 30 days) lapses and the subscription itself actually begins. at least thats how it seems to be.

    also rewards will appear in the special unlocks tab of the c-store for you, mostly.

    Before you get a Courier title or a Photonic Tribble, you are supposed to have your referrals automatically added to your FRIENDS list.

    I have NINE (9) redeemed keys and NOT ONE has been added as a Friend.

    How am I supposed to welcome my new recruits to the Game if this feature is BROKEN ?

    It is broken; GMs said it to me. Mine says "Offer Cancelled" even though the keys were used to access the demo, and then subscribe. I've been told to be patient as they 'fix it', but it has been over a week now. I've got nothing, and my friend has nothing (she was meant to get XP bonuses etc).

    I want my holotribble. :(

    for mys side it works one day after my referral use his defenitive key code vhen he buy the game
    he put me on friend list and i accept
    I try teleportation to him and it works fine.
    Just after i've got a mail from cryptic who says my referral has bought the game and says me to go on special code to C-STORE in game: and so I've got my photonic trible and the new title.

    In the mail it says that i will have my new officier on available on c-store panel when my frind will buy is first month of activation (so 30 after the activation key if he 'll purchase a new month)

    (sorry for my poor english) ;)

    Are you adding a code from a bought game or just adding credit card info to the demo account to purchase it?

    This happened to me too. I had a friend play from my invite and neither of us have been added to th eothers friend list...do they test anything before they roll it out? :eek:
