RAF buddy upgraded, but I haven't received awards

Yesterday, buddy referral (@Zoltariel) upgraded to the retail version of the game via the website and activated her subscription. However, I have not been given any of the in-game rewards as mentioned on the friend referral info page.

    go to cstore under special unlocks you should see title courier and photonic tribble
